Are there blackout dates?
No. An Annual Pass is valid every operating day, including peak Christmas dates.
Is Santa's Village included?
Yes. The full Christmas season is included with no extra ticket.
Is there a local rate?
Mountain residents from Crestline to Big Bear get a local rate, verified by billing zip code at checkout.
Can I renew?
Yes. Renewals are priced below a new pass. Renew online before your pass expires.
What do I need at the park?
A photo on file and your wristband. A replacement wristband is $5.
Is it refundable or transferable?
No. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are not valid for private events or separately priced activities.
